Another couple celebrities who spent the beginning of 2008 on a tropical vacation: Pete Wentz and Ashlee Simpson. After they finished their New Year’s Eve hosting duties in Miami, Florida, it seems the “La La” singer Ashlee Simpson and her Fall Out Boy hopped a plane to the Central American beaches of Costa Rica.
